With Plaser, all Electrical Controls are completely integrated right into the equipment. This negates the need for large, cumbersome, separate control panels and extensive onsite wiring, often saving thousands of dollars.

The ePad™ Control Board:

The Plaser ePad Controller is a touch screen panel that allows control of all aspects of the system’s function including the blower, filter differential pressure and PowerFlex™ Pulse Cleaning System. The ePad provides constant monitoring of all equipment components, includes a built-in diagnostic feature, and may also track maintenance history.
As well as controlling blower functions, the ePad Controller manages the operation of the PowerFlex™ automatic pulsing system. This system uses compressed air to back flush the filter cartridges and extend filter life. The PowerFlex™ System is a very powerful state-of-the-art self-cleaning system that delivers consistent pulsing pressure across the entire filter.

eMaster™ Central Control Panel System:

Step up to the eMaster, the very top of the food chain when it comes to controls! This is much more than a collector control panel; this is a central computerized management system that allows multiple filtration collectors to be centrally controlled from one point. Or multiple points if you wish. In fact, the eMaster can connect to your computer network, allowing your people to monitor and manage the equipment from anywhere inside (or outside) your plant via a standard PC or laptop. The eMaster is capable of controlling over 100 pieces of equipment, and this can be expanded to include the plant heating and cooling equipment as well.
